Every County on the Island
About fifteen years ago I did a most enjoyable tour of Ireland, "Every county on the Island", 32 in a month and a day.
It was a bit of a rush though, and in the middle of friends and in the middle of stories only half told, I had to keep on the move. Now, however, I'm going to take it a bit handier and shorten the winter with another tour to meet friends old and new in every county and take enough time to hear the second half of their stories that's if they're still alive at all, God between us and all harm.
As well as that betwixt and between I'll be shooting across to a few other counties on the GB Island, County Birmingham, County London and County Newcastle and I might see you there too.
All the dates, time and tickets we will let you know on this site as well as the sites of the venues. So don't go far away.

How the tour began
I would be moved by an email winking out at me towards the end of last year. Maybe, because it had summed up similar other ones which arrived the same week. "You're gallivanting all over the world with your music, and fair play to you and all, but when are you going to come round our way?" - I blinked back for a moment and winked into myself. Then I rang Gerry Logue. "Remember we were talking about me doing a gig in every county on the island. I think the time has come".
